Unless otherwise specified, all SourceTech stock comes with at least a 12 month warranty with extended warranties available.

Install: Optional on-site installation is available. Our installation services include rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.

Maintenance & Service: We offer on-site service contracts and repair services for all of your computer, storage, and networking hardware. Our service plan options can suit the requirements of any site. For non-critical systems and applications, next day service is a more affordable option. Same-day service requests are reserved for urgent scenarios when essential systems and services are affected.

Netra T5220 Returns

A restocking fee of 25% will be levied for every return. Merchandise shipped back cannot be accepted without prior authorization, and any returns must be sent back with all original packing materials.
