All SourceTech equipment carries at least a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties are avaiable.
Install, Maintain, Support
Installation: Optional on-site installation is available. SourceTech’s installation services include, but are not limited to, rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.
Maintenance & Service: On-site service contracts and depot repair services are available for all of your computer, networking and storage hardware. Our maintenance plan options can suit the needs of any site. Next day service is a more affordable option for non-critical issues. Same-day service requests address emergency situations when critical systems and services are affected.
Support Services: Before and after sales, our knowledgable sales reps and technicians will be available to answer any questions you might have. Policy On Sun Fire Returns
A 25% restocking fee will be levied for every return. Purchases returned to us cannot be accepted unless prior authorization is given, and any returns must be sent back with all original packing materials.
