Fire X4275 Warranty

Unless otherwise noted, all SourceTech equipment purchases carry a 12 month warranty. Extended warranties are also available for many items.

Install, Maintain & Support

Installation: Optional on-site installation is available. SourceTech’s installation services include, but are not limited to, rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.

Maintenance & Service: On-site service contracts and depot repair services are available for all computer, networking and storage hardware. We have a variety of service plans available to meet any site's requirements. For non-critical systems and applications, next day service is an affordable alternative. If critical systems and services are affected, same day service requests are available.

Policy On Fire X4275 Returns

A 25% restocking fee will be charge on all returns. Equipment sent back will not be accepted unless prior authorization is given, and all returns must be sent back with all original packing materials.
