Install, Maintain & Support

Installation: Optional on-site installation is available. Our installation services include, but are not limited to, rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.

Maintenance: On-site service contracts and repair services are available for all computer, networking and storage hardware. We have several maintenance plan options available to meet any site's needs. Next day service is a more affordable option for non-critical issues. When critical systems and services are down, same day service requests are available.

Support: Knowledgeable sales representantives and technicians can answer pre-sales and post-sales technical questions. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed for every return. Merchandise sent back will not be accepted without prior authorization, and all returns must be sent back with all original packing materials.
