Install: Optional on-site installation is available. SourceTech’s installation services include rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.
Maintenance: On-site maintenance contracts and depot repair services are available for all computer, networking and storage hardware. There are several service plan options available to meet any site's requirements. For non-critical systems and applications, next day service is a more affordable option. When essential systems and services are affected, same day services are available..

A 25% restocking fee is levied on all returns. Merchandise shipped back cannot be accepted without prior authorization, and any returned items must be sent back with all original packing materials.
