General Terms of Sale

• Equipment Warranty
  
  - All equipment carries a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise noted. Extended warranties are available in most cases. Seller will replace or repair any defective products, or return for full refund.
  
  - All equipment is guaranteed eligible for manufacturer or 3rd party maintenance.
  
  - Equipment is not guaranteed to be fit for a particular purpose. It is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to determine if equipment purchased from SourceTech is compatible with the targeted computing and/or networking environment and/or your operating systems or software applications.
  
  
• Pricing and Quoting Policies
  
  - SourceTech quotes prices for equipment sales by request. Quotes are also issued for surplus equipment our customers wish to sell.
  
  All quotes are valid for a maximum of fifteen (15) days unless otherwise stated at the time of quote issue.
  
  
• Shipments
  
  - All shipments are FOB Shippers Dock.
  
  
• Exportation of Products
  
  - Export of these products requires prior written authorization from the US Dept of Commerce.
  
  
• Non-Texas Customers and Sales Tax
  
  - When sales taxes are not collected on "outside Texas," transactions, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any and all applicable use tax or personal property tax directly to the appropriate state taxing agencies.
  
  
• Return Policy
  
  - There is 25% restocking fee on all returns. Merchandise sent back will not be accepted with without prior authorization. All returns must be complete with all original packing materials.
  
  
• Terms
  
  - Terms are net 30 unless otherwise stated in writing.
  
  - Title of all equipment shall remain with seller until invoice is paid in full.
  
  - Past due amounts are subject to finance charge of 1.5% of unpaid balance.
  
  - Buyer agrees to pay all of re-sellers costs related to the collection of any sums due including legal fees and expenses occurred.
  
  - SourceTech will not be held responsible for loss of income due to any form of equipment failure.
