Unless specifically stated otherwise, all SourceTech equipment purchases come with a one year warranty. Extended warranties also are available for many items. All equipment is guaranteed to be eligible for 3rd party maintenance however is NOT guaranteed to be the correct item for a certain purpose. Deciding if the equipment being bought is compatible with the intended computer, network environment, operating system or software is the buyer's responsibility.
Installation, Maintenance & Support
Install: Optional on-site installation is available. SourceTech’s installation services include, but are not limited to, rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.
Maintenance: SourceTech offers on-site maintenance contracts and depot repair services for all computer, storage, and networking hardware. Our maintenance plan options can suit the needs of any site. Next day service is an affordable alternative for non-critical issues. Same-day service requests address urgent scenarios when essential systems and services are down.

Our Sun Netra Return Policy
A restocking fee of 25% will be levied on all returns. Items sent back will not be accepted unless prior authorization is given, and any returned items must be sent back with all original packing materials.
