Unless otherwise specified, all SourceTech stock comes with at least a 12 month warranty with extended warranties available.
Install, Maintain, Support
Installation: SourceTech offers optional on-site installation services. SourceTech’s installation services include rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.
Maintenance: We offer on-site maintenance contracts and repair services for all of your computer, storage, and networking hardware. We have a variety of maintenance plan options available to suit any site's needs. For non-essential systems and applications, next day service is an affordable alternative. Same-day service requests are reserved for emergency scenarios when critical systems and services are down.
Support Services: Knowledgeable sales reps and technicians can answer technical questions before and after sales. A 25% restocking fee will be levied on all returns. Equipment sent back will not be accepted unless prior authorization is given, and any returns must be sent back with all original packing materials
