Proliant Server Warranty

All SourceTech stock carries at least a 12 month warranty, unless otherwise noted. Extended warranties are avaiable.

Install, Maintain, Support

Installation: Optional on-site installation is available. SourceTech’s installation services include, but are not limited to, rack mounting servers and network devices, operating systems loads, and installation and configuration network attached devices.

Maintenance: We offer on-site maintenance contracts and repair services for all of your computer, storage, and networking hardware. Our variety of service plans can meet the needs of any site. For non-essential systems and applications, next day service is a more affordable option. Same-day service requests are available for urgent situations when critical systems and services are affected.

Support: Knowledgeable sales reps and technicians are available to answer technical questions before and after sales. SourceTech has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and we pride ourselves providing outstanding service to our customers and having the experience and knowledge required to handle the varied hardware platforms, compatibility problems, and specialized concerns of every customer.

Policy On Returns For HP Proliant Servers

A restocking fee of 25% will be levied for every return. Purchases shipped back cannot be accepted without prior authorization, and all returns must be complete with all original packing materials.
